A simple bundle of
joy? Not if one of the services fails to deliver

Citizens Advice concerns about the difficulty of switching broadband and phone
suppliers when the service is not up to scratch were reported in Sunday’s
Observer. The article about new rules to make it easier to switch
broadband suppliers if internet speeds are not as advertised raised concerns
that such switching will be very difficult for people who have bought broadband
as part of a ‘bundle’ with their telephone and television service. Gillian Guy,
Chief Executive of Citizens Advice, said:
“Nobody should be stuck with a substandard service, whether you receive
your telecoms in a bundled package or individually.”
