Peripatetic Advice and Training Supervisor
£19,000 pro rata – 22.5 hours per week – Mid Cornwall
Citizens Advice Bureau Cornwall is a county-wide service that delivers free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.
We wish to recruit a part -time Peripatetic Advice and Training Supervisor (PATS).
The successful candidate will need to possess a good understanding of the work of Citizens Advice, run an Advice session, support trainees as well as have the ability to support volunteers and Admin staff in their day-to-day work.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the issues faced in delivering a professional AQS standard advice service to the general public and have direct experience of using a computer-based recording and monitoring system.
