£16,000 – £19,000 37 hours per week in West Cornwall
Citizens Advice Cornwall is a county-wide service that delivers free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.
We wish to recruit a full-time Peripatetic Advice and Training Supervisor (PATS).
The successful candidate will need to possess a good understanding of the work of Citizens Advice, run advice sessions, complete quality advice assessments, support trainees, volunteers and admin staff in their day-to-day work.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the issues faced in delivering a professional AQS standard advice service to the general public and have direct experience of using a computer-based recording and monitoring system.
A trainee role may be considered for the right candidate. Salary will be adjusted according to experience.
