Citizens Advice Cornwall office opening hours over the Christmas and New Year have been announced.
Offices across the county will be closed for drop-in sessions and appointments from 1pm on Friday 22 December 2017 to Tuesday 2 January 2018. The Bodmin office will close at 11.30am instead of 12.30pm on Thursday 21 December.
During this time, the CA Cornwall phone and text service will also be unable to take messages.
Citizens Advice Cornwall chief executive, Neil Colquhoun, said:
“I would like to take this opportunity to wish our clients, supporters, volunteers, staff and their families a great Christmas and New Year.
“2017 has been one of our busiest years in recent times and we look forward to helping more people solve their problems in 2018.”

- Texting the word ADVICE to the number 78866. Please be aware if you do this we may leave a message to say that we have called.
- Our Telephone Access Centre operates Monday – Friday, 10.00am until 4.00pm. The number to dial is 03444 111 444. When you call your details will be taken and you will receive a Gateway Assessment interview, to help us assess your situation and get you the advice you need.
