Citizens Advice Newquay Office Closes for Major Works

The Citizens Advice office in Newquay will close from Tuesday 10 July to Thursday 2 August while Newquay Town Council carry out interior alteration works to the building.

Citizens Advice Area Co-ordinator for Mid Cornwall, Karen Durston, said:

“Although we will be unable to run a service from the Newquay office while the works take place, members of the public can still access our advice by text, phone or visiting nearby offices where we offer appointments and drop-in sessions.”

People needing advice services can text the word ADVICE to 78866 and we’ll aim to call back within 48 hours, excluding weekends or bank holidays.

Alternatively, our Adviceline on 03444-111444 is open from Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 4pm. Information, advice and factsheets on a wide range of topics can also be found on our website at www.citizensadvice.org.uk

The Citizens Advice St Austell office is also open for drop-in sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am to 12.15pm at 39 Penwinnick Road PL25 5DS (Cornwall Council One Stop Shop building). The Truro office, in Truro Library, Union Place TR1 1EP is open for drop-in sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30am to 11am.
