We are looking to recruit for the following positions – Lead Project Worker, Support Workers and an Administrator to join our new Universal Support Help to Claim team. Full time and Part Time positions available.
The team will provide an effective and efficient support service for first time Universal Credit claimants. The service includes the provision of advice, information and digital support via face-to-face, and telephone aimed at helping claimants through to the first payment of Universal Credit.
An understanding of the benefits system, Universal Credit and the impact of the changes from legacy benefits to Universal Credit on clients would be advantageous coupled with an understanding of the problems being experienced nationally with the introduction of Universal Credit and how this impacts claimants
