Debt Advice Caseworker for Mental Health Project (MHend)

The Mental Health, Employment Need and Debt advice outreach project (the ‘Mhend’ project) is an initial 12-month pilot project to jointly provide specialist financial (and generalist advice), employment and mental health support to vulnerable individuals adversely affected by Covid-19.

Salary: £22,887 to £24,968 per annum
Hours: 37 per week
Job location: 1 x East Cornwall, 1 x Mid Cornwall, 1 x West Cornwall
Job purpose: Working in a locality with Mental Health Advisers from Pentreath, the caseworker is responsible for delivering high quality debt advice services to clients, via face to face, telephone and digital channels including web chat. The caseworker will be skilled in supporting people with mental health needs.
